The all-new, 2nd generation Trident University mobile app (myTrident) is designed for the student and alumni on the go. It includes advanced new features that will enable a Trident student or alumni to quickly access important school information directly from your mobile phone or tablet. Alumni can use the app to stay in touch with the university and access alumni services. This new generation of the myTrident app includes even more tools that are important to students and alumni.
Features Include:
o Student Portal Login (myTLC): No longer will you need to type in a URL to access the student portal and your online courses. The new Trident app makes it easier for students to access the university portal and myTLC courses.
o Academic Calendar: Quickly find Important Dates and Deadlines for both Bachelors / Masters Fastrac and Doctoral sessions.
o School Directory: Information is only a click away which includes faculty background and contact details as well as a department directory from student success and financial aid.
o myTLC Student & Alumni Support: To support the needs of the student or alumni using the TLC, the app compiles a list of top support questions. When someone from University technical support is not available to answer your questions this valuable feature gives you 24/7 access to the answers of many of your Support questions.
o University FAQs: Rather than wait for business hours to call the University with questions, you can get many of your inquiries answered by using this link from the app.
o Latest University News: There is a lot going on at Trident and we want to make sure you know about it. Stay in touch with what’s new at Trident by using the app to access the latest news and event information. You can also find archived news items.
o Engaging Social Media: Both students and alumni benefit from following and engaging with the Trident social media sites.
